Discreet packaging: All orders are shipped in discreet packaging and no reference is made to the content of your package.

Telephone confirmation: We always confirm your order by telephone before we ship

Our product quality is guaranteed and it starts from our collaboration with our suppliers and permeates the entire company's operation. If you receive a defective product, please contact the company in either of these two ways:

Give our associates your name, order date, and the problem and they will be at your service to help you.

If the product is defective, then of course we will replace it by sending you a new one, at no cost to you.
